Its working principle is to absorb water vapor in compressed air through the characteristics of adsorbents (such as activated alumina, molecular sieves, etc.), thereby reducing the moisture content in compressed air. This kind of equipment can usually make the normal pressure dew point of the outlet air reach -40℃~-70℃, and achieve the drying effect through the principle of "pressure swing adsorption", that is, the ability of air to hold water vapor is inversely proportional to the pressure, and the microthermal heating of the regeneration gas is used to reduce the loss of regeneration gas volume and avoid the problem of large power consumption.Suction dryers are widely used in industrial production, especially in situations where deep drying of compressed air is required, and can meet the needs of most gas customers.
