The VPSA oxygen production system is mainly composed of a blower, vacuum pump, switching valve, adsorber and oxygen balance tank. The raw air is pressurized by a Roots blower and enters the adsorber filled with oxygen molecular sieves, where moisture, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen are adsorbed to produce oxygen. When the adsorption reaches a certain level, use a vacuum pump to evacuate it. The adsorbed moisture, carbon dioxide, nitrogen and a small amount of other gas groups are extracted and discharged to the atmosphere, and the adsorbent is regenerated. The above process steps are automatically controlled by PLC and switching valve system.
